Polisplexity is a groundbreaking project that fuses physical and social digital twins to create a truly circular waste management ecosystem. It integrates citizen interactions via Telegram bots (the social twin) with real-time optimized waste logistics (the physical twin) powered by Django on Vultur and data pipelines orchestrated through Snowflake. Using Coral multi-agent protocols, GROQ LLMs and LLaMA models coordinate the flow of insights across municipal systems and citizen engagements. To achieve secure, decentralized incentive mechanisms, we roadmap the deployment of Qubic C++ smart contracts. These will govern our Green Coin system, rewarding citizens for sustainable behaviors, traceable via the Qubic network. Our goal is to create a scalable platform that democratizes waste optimization, embeds trust through decentralized AI, and sets the foundation for a global shift toward circular economies. By leveraging Qubic’s unique speed and quorum-based architecture, we intend to deliver a future-proof PoC that is technically advanced, economically viable, and socially transformative.
Category tags:"Polisplexity Digital Social Twin Evaluation Technical Difficulty: 2/5 - Basic multi-agent orchestration framework using existing tools (Coral Protocol, LangChain, GROQ, Ollama). The Python agents are simple message handlers with minimal logic - the GROQ agent is just 51 lines of basic API calls, and the Ollama agent is 47 lines. Kotlin server and Svelte frontend are standard implementations with no complex functionality. Despite extensive documentation promising Qubic C++ smart contracts, physical digital twins, Django backends, and Snowflake integration, absolutely none of these components exist in the repository. Execution Quality: 1/5 - Massive disconnect between documentation promises and actual delivery. The README describes a sophisticated urban waste management system with "Green Coin" tokenomics, circular economy incentives, and dual physical/social digital twins, but the repository contains only a generic conversational agent framework. No waste management logic, no blockchain integration, no smart contracts, no tokenomics, no Django backend, no Snowflake connection. The implementation is essentially a basic chatbot orchestration system misrepresented as an innovative urban sustainability solution. Use Case Relevance: 1/5 - Zero relevance to Qubic ecosystem despite extensive claims. The project promises future Qubic integration for Green Coin smart contracts and decentralized incentives but delivers none of that functionality. The actual implementation is a generic agent framework with no domain-specific logic for waste management, environmental monitoring, or sustainability metrics. The use case is entirely conceptual with no working prototype to demonstrate feasibility or blockchain integration potential."

"This project merely clones Coral repos into its repo and does not really exploit Coral. Presentation is poor, no details are given."

"Good idea. I really liked the general idea behind it, very original and cool; I think the presentation was well made. My feedback is that it could be more multi-agent focused, and I didn’t see how the demo used Coral, which makes it hard to score it too high."

"Nice vision and impact, and interesting combination of technologies to achieve your goal. Opportunities for improvement: I found the application to be too complex to understand the core innovation in the project. I was also unable to access the demo :("
