SHIFT is a Chrome extension designed to help users make informed and sustainable shopping choices. By analyzing the environmental impact of products and providing eco-friendly alternatives, SHIFT addresses the problems of unsustainable shopping habits, lack of awareness about product sustainability, and the difficulty of finding eco-friendly options. It uses LangFlow, Groq API for accessing LLaMA3-70b for quick and accurate product analysis, and a Search API to find sustainable alternatives. SHIFT makes it easy for users to get detailed sustainability ratings, summaries, and recommendations, all within a few clicks, promoting more responsible consumer behavior.
