The idea is to develop a comprehensive and easy to use digital assistant to accompany Human Resources professionals throughout the various stages of the selection and hiring process. Our first feature consists of a comparison tool that evaluates a job description against a specific resume. This tool will generate a synergy score, indicating the degree of match between the candidate's qualifications and the job requirements. Additionally, it will offer detailed, verbose feedback on how well the candidate aligns with the necessary skills, experience, and attributes outlined for the position. We also built a functional website and a dashboard with easy and quick access to all the necessary information for the user.
