HospiGent is an AI-powered system that automates hospital workflows, streamlining patient appointment management, staff coordination, and assisting doctors with detailed patient insights through intelligent chat agents. Hospitals urgently need AI agents to support patients, doctors, and administrative staff. Staffs spend excessive time on repetitive tasks like managing appointments and answering queries. Handling 50-60 daily calls for bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations is overwhelming. If a doctor becomes unavailable or patients need follow-ups, staff must call again, adding stress. Patients find it equally frustrating. Many don’t know which specialization is needed for their issue—like needing a cardiologist for heart problems. Even if they know the specialization, they struggle to find which doctor is available and when. This forces them to contact staff for availability, leading to delays. Doctors also lack an efficient way to gather patient insights before consultations, leaving them under-prepared and lowering care quality. HospiGent’s agents assist patients, doctors, and staff. The Patient Agent lets patients book, reschedule, or cancel appointments via chat and provides expert answers to health queries and medical reports. The Doctor’s Agent generates detailed analysis reports for each patient by reviewing test results, medical histories, and relevant data, helping doctors make informed decisions. The Staff Agent handles administrative tasks like notifying patients of updates, managing appointment deferrals, and keeping staff informed about daily schedules and changes.
