CityMind Crisis command Center

CityMind is an autonomous multi-agent AI platform designed to help cities respond to large-scale infrastructure and emergency crises in real time. Instead of acting like a traditional dashboard, CityMind functions as an intelligent AI command center where specialized AI agents collaborate, debate, and generate coordinated recovery strategies. The platform uses a live digital twin of a city to simulate cascading failures across systems such as power grids, traffic, hospitals, public safety, economy, and citizen trust. During a crisis scenario such as an industrial blackout or cyberattack, AI agents independently analyze risks, negotiate tradeoffs, and recommend actions through an AI council system. Each agent specializes in a domain including emergency response, economy, infrastructure, transportation, and citizen sentiment. A central Mayor Agent resolves conflicts between agents and produces a final strategic recovery plan.
