Contracts are often long, complex, and written in legal jargon that most people struggle to understand. Lexi AI is an intelligent contract assistant that makes contracts simple, transparent, and actionable. With Lexi, users can upload contracts such as NDAs, Independent Contractor Agreements, or License Agreements, and instantly receive structured insights. Lexi identifies the type of contract, breaks it down into clauses, highlights critical risks and obligations, and assigns AI confidence scores to every insight. This helps users understand not just what’s in the contract, but how confident the system is in its findings. Beyond summaries, Lexi tracks key obligations like deadlines, payment terms, and termination clauses, and provides clear suggestions for improvement based on industry standards. Each insight is linked back to the original text, allowing users to verify and trust what they see. By combining legal clarity with transparency, Lexi empowers freelancers, creators, and small businesses to navigate contracts without needing a lawyer for every step, saving time, reducing risk, and building confidence in decision-making.
Category tags:"The app is structured very well in presentable and clean code. However, the document analysis section of the application fails to work despite trying to upload properly structured documents like a proper legal document. There is room for improvement. Well presented. Good work. "

"Honestly love the app. I think it's a very good example of what a dry cut bare-bones hackathon app should be. It does what it promises and does it well. The presentation could be a little shorter on the initial introduction part, but the functionality seems to be good. The social media promotional campaign really does seem to work because I've seen stuff about this project all throughout the week, and the weekends, and the week following the hackathon week lol. That kind of affects the perception positively and made me look at this project quite a bit differently and with a lot of intent. So I'm kind of sold. Yeah, godspeed, good job. "
