OrdoFlow is an operations platform for quote-to-cash: quotes, follow-ups, invoicing, payments, and accounting handoffs. Teams lose time deciding what to do next and how to word customer updates—especially when data spans CRM, ERP, accounting, and payment tools. For the AMD Developer Hackathon we ship an agentic workflow on the quote detail screen: the AI Quote-to-Cash Copilot. It produces a concise operational summary, highlights risk flags, ranks next actions, and supports customer-ready messaging. The design keeps a deterministic “source of truth” workflow while allowing optional natural-language enrichment behind feature flags, documented for OpenAI-compatible inference (including vLLM-style serving on AMD cloud GPUs / ROCm) via a small LangChain + LangGraph sidecar. The live demo runs on a hosted environment (Render) so judges can click through a real quote and use “Get AI next-step plan.” A separate public repository contains hackathon-safe overview materials (architecture notes, sample payloads, screenshots placeholders) without exposing production code or secrets. Target users are sales and operations teams managing B2B quotes and collections. The outcome is faster, clearer quote handling with fewer stalled follow-ups—aligned with Track 1 (AI agents & agentic workflows) and AMD’s cloud GPU story for optional model serving.
