Our project is an AI-powered Fake News & Scam Detection System that addresses the growing problem of misinformation and online scams. The system allows users to submit any text — such as news articles, messages, or social media posts — and automatically analyzes it using Google Gemini AI combined with live web search verification. The AI classifies the text into categories such as Fake News, Scam, Misleading Message, Rumor, or Credible, providing a credibility score and highlighting suspicious phrases. What makes our system unique is its integration with Qubic for on-chain verification. Each verdict generates a secure, tamper-proof transaction payload stamped with Qubic’s live lastTick, ensuring transparency and trustworthiness. This creates a verifiable record of every detection, which is critical for community confidence and accountability. In addition, our project includes a no-code automation feature using Make.com or Zapier webhooks. This allows non-technical community members to build “Truth Bots” that automatically trigger alerts, log results into Google Sheets, send notifications to Discord/Telegram, or even initiate email reports. Overall, the idea empowers individuals and the community to quickly detect false information and scams, automate reporting, and maintain a reliable, verifiable record of digital content credibility. This solution is highly relevant for the Qubic ecosystem and can scale to support broader community safety and trust online.

EchoMind is an AI-assisted communication system designed for non-verbal and minimally verbal autistic children. Many existing AAC tools are complex, text-heavy, and overwhelming, especially for children who struggle with fine motor skills or reading. EchoMind solves this by reducing communication to 2–3 simple steps using large, autism-friendly visual images and personalized AI predictions. The system uses Gemini to understand context and generate three likely needs, Qdrant to store patterns and learn from the child over time, and TTS to speak messages instantly. EchoMind supports future low-effort input modes such as EMG micro-movement sensing, eye-tracking, and non-invasive neural cues. Our goal is to create a communication experience that is intuitive, low-effort, emotionally supportive, and accessible, giving every child a voice.
