GemTax AI is a fully multimodal intelligent tax and compliance agent built entirely on Google AI Studio using Gemini 2.5 Pro. The system combines three specialized agents—Document Extraction, Tax Optimization, and Enterprise Compliance Review—working together through structured JSON flows. Users can upload PDFs, images, salary slips, Form 16, bank statements, invoices or CSV files, and Gemini automatically extracts all financial entities with high accuracy. The extracted data is used to generate personalized tax-saving recommendations, optimize investments such as ELSS, PPF, and NPS, and compute actionable strategies aligned with the user’s risk profile. For enterprise use cases, GemTax AI analyzes invoices, GST filings, and bank transactions to detect mismatches, disallowed expenses, duplicates, and other compliance risks. The project demonstrates a complete end-to-end multimodal workflow, replacing manual financial review with intelligent reasoning, audit-friendly outputs, and real-world business value. It showcases how Gemini can automate financial understanding, improve accuracy, and enable transparent, data-driven tax planning and compliance at scale.
