Optus is a market intelligence platform designed to transform fragmented pricing data into actionable insights for companies that need to stay competitive. Today, businesses rely on manual research or unstable scraping tools to understand market prices, leading to delayed decisions and lost opportunities. Our solution aggregates pricing data from multiple partner companies and external sources, cleans and standardizes it, and delivers it through a centralized backend. This allows businesses to instantly benchmark their prices against the market and monitor changes in real time. What makes Optus powerful is its AI layer. Instead of just displaying data, the platform analyzes patterns, detects anomalies, and predicts pricing trends. It also generates recommendations to help companies adjust their strategies dynamically. Optus is designed to integrate easily into existing systems via API, making it a scalable solution for industries like retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing. By turning raw pricing data into strategic intelligence, Optus enables faster, smarter, and more confident decision-making.

*Problem:* Small businesses and academies run sales and inventory in messy Google Sheets, with zero audit trail. Stock gets out of sync, reordering is reactive, suppliers are paid manually, and it’s impossible to trace what happened (and why). *Solution:* OptuSBMS is a multi-tenant backend on Supabase plus a Google Sheets insert-only uploader (delta sync + FK validation) that keeps data clean and consistent. On top of that, an AI/WhatsApp bot handles sales orders and payments, automatically decreases inventory, checks reorder policies, creates procurement requests, selects the best supplier using catalog conditions (price/lead time/preferred), generates purchase orders, and can pay suppliers via blockchain (USDC) with a transaction hash for verification. *Target Audience:* SMEs, academies, micro-retailers, and teams using Sheets as their operational tool. *Unique Value:* Clean data sync + auditable inventory + automated procurement + on-chain supplier payments
