SignalForge helps teams stop manually checking competitor websites and instead monitor changes automatically. It pulls data from the live web using Bright Data (SERP, Web Scraper, and Unlocker), stores results as snapshots in SQLite, and runs diff-based change detection to generate high-signal events like pricing updates, homepage messaging shifts, hiring momentum, and news signals, each with severity and evidence links. The product includes a modern React + TypeScript dashboard for exploring events, charts, and a daily brief, plus configurable background collection via APScheduler. It also ships with Forge Scout, a built-in agent powered by LangGraph + Bright Data MCP, which can research competitors on demand and stream results directly into the UI. For demos and hackathon judging, SignalForge supports a demo mode (read-only competitor access with limited agent requests) and a simulate change workflow that injects a pricing snapshot change to produce realistic diff events even when live pages haven’t updated.

SketchSpec helps teams go from informal sketches to something buildable and reviewable. You upload an image (PNG/JPG/WebP, up to 10 MB), optionally add short context (e.g. product type, constraints), and the app uses a vision + language model to read the diagram and return a single JSON-shaped spec that the UI presents in tabs. The spec is designed to stay grounded in what’s actually drawn (e.g. stories include traceToSketch so items map back to elements on the board). It includes prioritized user stories, REST-style API endpoint ideas, edge cases with severity, and open questions where the sketch is ambiguous.
