About me
For me, software engineering is more than a career—it’s the medium through which I discovered my purpose: to build and create. This drive led me to found CODK, where we partner with startups and SMEs on practical digital transformation—shipping real systems that make work easier, faster, and more reliable. At CODK, I translate business needs into tangible outcomes across three pillars: Platforms & Products: Full‑stack development using Python/Django for robust backends and React/Vite for fast, modern frontends. When needed, I use headless stacks like Medusa (commerce) and Strapi (CMS), with Supabase for data. Automations & Integrations: WhatsApp Cloud bots, VoIP (3CX/SIP), and workflow scripts that reduce manual steps, speed up response times, and connect tools end‑to‑end. Infra & Reliability: Network hardening with MikroTik, secure‑by‑design practices, and practical monitoring to cut downtime and keep systems stable. I build with a security mindset—applying secure‑by‑design principles and continuously strengthening my cybersecurity skills—so that scalability and reliability don’t come at the expense of safety. Recent outcomes include improving response times through messaging/VoIP automations, reducing incidents with better network and firewall configurations, and accelerating store/platform launches using reusable templates and clear documentation. MirrorMe WorkWell Agent
MirrorMe WorkWell Agent is an early-stage agentic AI module for our future enterprise platform, MirrorMe—a digital twin solution for workplace mental wellness. As a startup, we present an advanced proof-of-concept, not a finished product. Our hackathon project demonstrates how AI can orchestrate and enhance employee wellbeing through IBM watsonx Orchestrate. WorkWell Agent collects check-in and mood data from employees (using forms and demo data), analyzes engagement signals, and will integrate company systems like attendance logs, Slack chats, KPI dashboards, and task management in future releases. Employees can interact with the agent not only by text, but also via voice notes, allowing sentiment analysis and emotion extraction to enrich the insights. The heart of the project is using orchestrated AI flows: the agent monitors aggregated wellness signals, scores burnout risk, and triggers automated support actions—such as personalized suggestions for staff, escalating alerts to HR, or summarizing risks for the team. All flows operate respecting privacy, and employees' specific data is never exposed beyond their own use. This hackathon MVP is our first live prototype, demonstrating the core logic, data integration blueprint, and rational analysis we will expand as we build MirrorMe into a full SaaS product. After the hackathon, WorkWell Agent will grow with deeper integration, analytics, and multi-channel support, aiming to provide every employee an intelligent, proactive digital twin for their wellbeing. In summary, MirrorMe WorkWell is an innovative start—an agentic AI showcase not yet in production, designed to grow into an enterprise tool supporting workplace mental health at scale.
