MirrorMe WorkWell Agent is an early-stage agentic AI module for our future enterprise platform, MirrorMe—a digital twin solution for workplace mental wellness. As a startup, we present an advanced proof-of-concept, not a finished product. Our hackathon project demonstrates how AI can orchestrate and enhance employee wellbeing through IBM watsonx Orchestrate. WorkWell Agent collects check-in and mood data from employees (using forms and demo data), analyzes engagement signals, and will integrate company systems like attendance logs, Slack chats, KPI dashboards, and task management in future releases. Employees can interact with the agent not only by text, but also via voice notes, allowing sentiment analysis and emotion extraction to enrich the insights. The heart of the project is using orchestrated AI flows: the agent monitors aggregated wellness signals, scores burnout risk, and triggers automated support actions—such as personalized suggestions for staff, escalating alerts to HR, or summarizing risks for the team. All flows operate respecting privacy, and employees' specific data is never exposed beyond their own use. This hackathon MVP is our first live prototype, demonstrating the core logic, data integration blueprint, and rational analysis we will expand as we build MirrorMe into a full SaaS product. After the hackathon, WorkWell Agent will grow with deeper integration, analytics, and multi-channel support, aiming to provide every employee an intelligent, proactive digital twin for their wellbeing. In summary, MirrorMe WorkWell is an innovative start—an agentic AI showcase not yet in production, designed to grow into an enterprise tool supporting workplace mental health at scale.
