LexAudit is a state-of-the-art legal compliance auditing application built on the Band multi-agent platform. Designed for high-stakes enterprise compliance, LexAudit automates the contract review lifecycle using three collaborative AI agents powered by Featherless.ai models. The system is structured as a collaborative pipeline: 1. The Planner Agent reads the contract and constructs a tailored 18-point audit checklist. 2. The Executor Agent performs detailed clause-by-clause analysis, scoring compliance and matching findings to contract line numbers with confidence scores. 3. The Reviewer Agent performs a critical critique using our unique 'Devil's Advocate Mode' to argue from the opposing party's view, calculates confidence, estimates dollar exposure ranges for legal vulnerabilities, and issues the final verdict. An interactive web dashboard polls events dynamically to display the chat log, visual agent handoffs, line-by-line contract viewers, and a clear history tool, creating a seamless audit experience.
