The system combines OCR, Gemini 2.5 Pro structured extraction, and a Qdrant-powered RAG engine enriched with official ICD-10 guidelines and historical case data. Claimpilot performs the entire workflow end-to-end, from PDF ingestion to approval prediction, submission, and appeal generation, reducing a 45-minute manual task to under 40 seconds while ensuring full coding accuracy and compliance.
