Computed the sequence on the driver-friendly, whereas a traditional Traveling Salesperson Problem (TSP) solver produced the sequence on the right (cost-optimal).

The Deep Learning approach was considered for the required task of field delineation. Various convolutional networks were used for image segmentation due to their proven reliability in image processing.

It reads medical notes (PDF or text), performs ICD-10-CM FY25 compliant diagnosis coding using a RAG-enhanced extraction agent, selects the correct CPT/HCPCS procedures, interprets insurer rules, generates the complete prior-auth submission packet, and autonomously follows through with tracking or appeal generation. The system combines OCR, Gemini 2.5 Pro structured extraction, and a Qdrant-powered RAG engine enriched with official ICD-10 guidelines and historical case data. Claimpilot performs the entire workflow end-to-end, from PDF ingestion to approval prediction, submission, and appeal generation, reducing a 45-minute manual task to under 40 seconds while ensuring full coding accuracy and compliance.
