RepoGuard AI is an AI-powered Change Risk Intelligence Platform designed to help engineering teams understand the architectural impact of pull requests before deployment. Traditional code review tools focus mainly on syntax, formatting, and linting, but they often fail to detect hidden dependency risks and regression propagation inside modern software systems. RepoGuard AI analyzes repository structures using AST-based dependency graph generation, blast radius estimation, and risk scoring models. The platform evaluates engineering signals such as fan-in criticality, change surface area, dependency propagation, and test coverage gaps to estimate deployment risk more intelligently. The system provides an interactive visualization interface, real-time repository analysis, and a modern SaaS-style frontend experience. By shifting pull request analysis from reactive bug detection to proactive architectural risk assessment, RepoGuard AI aims to improve deployment confidence and engineering governance for modern development teams
