Zone-Draft is an autonomous multi-agent platform that underwrites NYC real estate development sites in minutes instead of days. Founder-led developers enter an address or BBL, and four specialized agents—coordinated exclusively through Band rooms—run the full site intelligence pipeline: geocoding against MapPLUTO, RAG-powered zoning compliance (including City of Yes and UAP bonuses), 3D spatial envelope modeling with FAR and setback analysis, and financial underwriting with DOF comps and residual land value. The tri-panel terminal surfaces each agent’s reasoning in real time and delivers an audit-ready export package—blueprint report, financial CSV, and site geometry—built for investor conversations. Outcomes first, zoning second: every constraint is tested against whether the deal actually pencils.
