Harmonia is a proof-of-concept triage tool built for the IBM Bob Hackathon. It helps hackathon and developer communities turn messy support chatter into structured engineering work. Instead of forcing developers to manually read scattered complaints, duplicate bug reports, unclear feedback, and missing-context messages, Harmonia loads synthetic support data, groups related reports into issue clusters, assigns category and severity metadata, and generates engineering-ready tickets. Each ticket includes a clear title, summary, evidence from the support messages, likely affected files, acceptance criteria, a test plan, documentation notes, and an IBM Bob-ready task prompt. The project aligns with the hackathon theme, “Turn idea into impact faster,” by shortening the path from community signal to actionable development work. IBM Bob was used as the primary AI development partner for planning, implementation, review, documentation, and refinement, with exported Bob session reports included in the repository.
