ForgeAgent AI redefines data science by replacing manual workflows with an autonomous, multi-agent CrewAI system. Data engineering is traditionally bottlenecked by tedious tasks: cleaning messy datasets, selecting algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and translating complex metrics into actionable business intelligence. We built ForgeAgent to automate this entire lifecycle with zero human intervention. The system orchestrates three specialized AI agents: a Data Architect that dynamically maps schemas and generates Python code to handle anomalies; an ML Scientist that autonomously evaluates and trains predictive models; and an Insight Strategist that translates raw model outputs into comprehensive, jargon-free executive reports. Under the hood, ForgeAgent leverages the massive 192GB HBM3 memory and immense compute of the AMD Instinct™ MI300X GPU. We deployed Qwen 2.5 32B models locally using vLLM and ROCm within a Dockerized environment, ensuring low-latency inference and total data privacy. The fully self-hosted architecture integrates a sleek Next.js frontend with a FastAPI backend, delivering a seamless, real-time telemetry dashboard. ForgeAgent transforms raw CSVs into strategic business value in minutes, not weeks.
