Our project is an **agentic GTM intelligence platform built for Anthropic** that helps identify which enterprise organizations are most likely to adopt Anthropic AI solutions over competing providers. Traditional account research is fragmented, manual, and reactive. Sales and strategy teams often struggle to understand enterprise buying intent, foundation model evaluation behavior, governance requirements, and competitive vendor dynamics before deals are decided. We solve this using a **LangGraph-powered multi-agent research workflow** that orchestrates specialized intelligence collectors across hiring activity, procurement signals, technology stack analysis, compliance posture, and competitive openness. Using **Bright Data web intelligence retrieval** and **LLM reasoning**, the system continuously gathers and analyzes real-world enterprise signals. The platform generates an **Anthropic Opportunity Score** based on key dimensions such as buying intent, foundation model evaluation, governance and safety alignment, and competitive lock-in risk. High-intent accounts are automatically routed into deeper research pipelines that uncover leadership priorities, active AI initiatives, investment signals, and competitive positioning. The final output is an interactive GTM command center that provides account prioritization, competitive intelligence, explainable signal evidence, win probability analysis, and AI-generated sales recommendations. By combining agentic workflows, enterprise intelligence gathering, and strategic reasoning, our platform helps Anthropic proactively identify, prioritize, and win the right enterprise opportunities.
