It extracts key terms such as role, start date, probation period, notice period and work location, then highlights any missing or unclear compliance items such as NDA, ID copy or data protection consent. The system generates a structured onboarding summary that includes an employment overview, required access and equipment, a list of risks or gaps, recommended HR actions and a friendly welcome message that can be sent to the new hire. HR can edit any field before sharing or saving the case. The project targets HR partners, hiring managers and IT, who need a clear, consistent view of each new hire. The goal is to reduce manual review time, lower compliance risk and give every new employee a smoother day one experience.
