AI HR Onboarding Assistant is an AI powered workspace that helps HR teams review onboarding documents in seconds instead of hours. HR uploads contracts, CVs and policy acknowledgements and the assistant reads them like an HR specialist. It extracts key terms such as role, start date, probation period, notice period and work location, then highlights any missing or unclear compliance items such as NDA, ID copy or data protection consent. The system generates a structured onboarding summary that includes an employment overview, required access and equipment, a list of risks or gaps, recommended HR actions and a friendly welcome message that can be sent to the new hire. HR can edit any field before sharing or saving the case. The project targets HR partners, hiring managers and IT, who need a clear, consistent view of each new hire. The goal is to reduce manual review time, lower compliance risk and give every new employee a smoother day one experience.

NARMAI is an AI powered emotional companion designed to help people understand their inner world with more clarity and calm. It offers a private space where users can check in through voice or text and receive reflections that feel personal and grounded rather than generic. NARMAI remembers past sessions, emotional themes and patterns, which helps the system deliver continuity and a deeper sense of human connection. The concept is inspired by the principles of the NARM trauma modality, which focuses on agency, pattern awareness and the integration of emotional experiences. This gives NARMAI a structured and thoughtful approach that goes beyond surface level wellness apps or simple chatbots. The long term vision is to create a multilingual, voice enabled companion that supports people across cultures. There is a growing global demand for emotional clarity tools, especially after the rise in mental health challenges and self reflection since the pandemic. Yet no current app offers a memory based, modality informed experience. With the support of developers, designers and researchers, NARMAI aims to become a new category in personal intelligence and emotional support.

Today, AI agents are isolated. They can't collaborate, trust each other, or pay for services. Arc-strator solves this by creating a true, autonomous agent-to-agent (A2A) economy. Our project is a full-stack, decentralized marketplace. We built a "Manager Agent" (a Node.js backend) that acts as the "brain." This Manager discovers "Specialist Agents" (like our 'TweetWriter' and 'VoiceoverAgent' built on Cloudflare Workers AI) by looking them up in our on-chain "Yellow Pages" – an AgentServiceRegistry smart contract deployed on Arc. The magic is the trustless payment. When the Manager hires an agent, it funds our A2AEscrow contract with USDC. The payment is locked safely until the Cloudflare agent delivers the content. Once the job is verified, the Manager sends a final transaction to release the payment. This entire system is only possible on Arc. An autonomous agent's logic would break with volatile gas fees. Arc's stable, predictable USDC-based gas allows our agents to budget and transact reliably. This is a complete, working "AI-native payment flow" for generative content.

LeetCode Agent – A Smart Coding Companion LeetCode Agent is an intelligent assistant designed to make competitive programming practice on LeetCode more structured, personalized, and automated. Many programmers struggle with consistency, deciding which problems to solve, and managing their GitHub repositories where they maintain their solutions. This project aims to solve those pain points by functioning as a daily practice companion, an automation tool, and a progress tracker. Purpose and Vision The primary goal of LeetCode Agent is to help programmers at all levels practice efficiently while staying motivated. Beginners often lack structure, intermediate users seek consistency and better tracking, and advanced users want smart recommendations and automation. LeetCode Agent caters to all three classes by analyzing past progress, recommending balanced problems, keeping repositories neat, and sending reminders that spark curiosity. The vision is to create an agent-like experience—something that works in the background so the user can focus only on problem-solving. Core Features Daily Problem Recommendation Each day, the system suggests a problem tailored to the user’s journey. It does this by analyzing the GitHub repository, tracking which categories and difficulties have already been solved, and then selecting a problem that balances progress. If the user wants more practice, alternative suggestions are also provided. Future versions may include AI-enhanced recommendations using embeddings and historical solution patterns to predict the “next best problem” based on what others solved after similar progress. Repository Analysis The agent automatically inspects the structure of the user’s GitHub repository. Many programmers organize their solutions by categories such as Arrays/, Backtracking/, or DynamicProgramming/. The agent parses this structure, identifies unsolved or underrepresented topics, and
