DevFlow AI is an intelligent multi-agent developer productivity platform built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate and IBM Bob. It automates the most time-consuming parts of the software development lifecycle—bug triage, code review, and documentation generation—by deploying specialized AI agents that collaborate through a central orchestrator. Developers interact through a single natural language interface powered by IBM Bob. Requests are intelligently routed to the right specialist agent, processed in real time using live GitHub repository data, and returned as structured, actionable outputs—all within 60 seconds. Under the hood, DevFlow AI combines IBM Granite 13B/34B Instruct as the foundation model, IBM Granite Code 20B for code-specific reasoning, and watsonx Orchestrate's Agent-to-Agent API for seamless multi-agent collaboration. GitHub integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) gives every agent live access to the actual codebase—no stale context, no hallucinated results. The platform also leverages watsonx.data with a RAG pipeline for knowledge retrieval, watsonx.ai Prompt Lab for precision prompt engineering, and IBM Bob Skills for session management. Outputs are delivered where teams already work: GitHub Issues with smart developer assignment, Slack notifications with plain-English summaries, and Bob Chat for real-time interaction. The result: DevFlow AI reduces Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) by up to 60%, eliminates context switching across tools, and lets engineering teams focus entirely on building—not debugging, documenting, or manually reviewing code.
