About me

I’ve been leading AI research and system integration for Smart Turjman — an AI-powered platform that connects expats, businesses, and government services in the UAE. My current focus is developing an AI Service Router that uses orchestration tools and LLMs (like Watsonx, LangChain, and GPT APIs) to automate verified workflows such as legal translation, attestation, and embassy coordination. I have hands-on experience integrating AI with WordPress, API-based CRMs, and Make.com to automate real case routing, and I’m continuously upskilling in cybersecurity, AI ethics, and workflow automation.

Abdul Aziz Al Sabhan

Over 25 years ago, I started Turjman Group with a clear purpose: to make it easier for people to do business and live confidently in the UAE. What began as a legal translation office has grown into a group of companies that now supports businesses, expatriates, and global partners across legal services, migration, business setup, and more. From the beginning, our goal has been simple, to remove complexity, build trust, and provide real solutions. As the UAE developed into a global hub, we evolved with it, always staying focused on what matters: serving people with honesty, clarity, and care. Today, I’m leading our next chapter through Smart Turjman, a digital platform that brings together AI, multilingual support, and verified human services. Smart Turjman is designed to protect and empower expats, simplify government processes, and serve as a trusted digital bridge between individuals, embassies, and institutions. It reflects our belief that technology should work for people, not the other way around. I’m honored to have received an Honorary Doctorate in Information Technology, recognizing our efforts in digital innovation and humanitarian ICT. This recognition reinforces our commitment to building ethical, future-ready solutions, grounded in real needs and guided by purpose. If you're building something meaningful, navigating a challenge, or simply looking to connect, I’d be glad to hear from you.

SignalSAR AI-Powered Trans Monitoring SAR Copilot

SignalSAR AI-Powered Trans Monitoring SAR Copilot

SignalSAR is an AI-powered compliance copilot for transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting. We built it to solve a core AML pain point: too many low-value alerts and too much manual SAR writing. SignalSAR combines rule logic, behavioral anomaly signals, and network linkage analysis (shared IP/device/card patterns) to prioritize high-confidence cases. Analysts receive an investigation-ready case pack with timeline, reason codes, and evidence context, then review an auto-generated SAR draft with compliance completeness checks. The workflow supports fast human-in-the-loop decisions, including intervention actions and full audit trails. In our demo, SignalSAR shows how teams can move from high-volume alert noise toward actionable cases, improve analyst productivity, and produce regulator-ready SAR narratives with minimal edits using synthetic data.

TrustLayer - Reputation Infrastructure for Qubic

TrustLayer - Reputation Infrastructure for Qubic

TrustLayer is decentralized reputation infrastructure for Qubic's DeFi ecosystem, solving a fundamental problem: how do protocols assess user trustworthiness? THE PROBLEM: Every lending protocol, DEX, and marketplace launching on Qubic must evaluate user risk. Without reputation data, all users are treated identically, forcing full collateralization regardless of track record. This creates capital inefficiency, higher friction, and poor user experience. THE SOLUTION: TrustLayer evaluates wallet behavior using a multi-signal scoring model organized into 4 core categories (Account Maturity, Transaction Patterns, Behavioral Trust, Network Effects). The POC uses simulated data for these categories to generate transparent reputation scores (0–1000), enabling risk-based rates, safer lending, and early fraud detection. POC DEMONSTRATION: The working prototype includes 5 realistic user profiles. Alice (score 1000) receives 3% APR and 10x leverage. Bob (score 211) receives 12% APR and 1.5x leverage. Same protocol, different reputation—dramatically different outcomes. WHY INFRASTRUCTURE: TrustLayer is not a DeFi app; it is foundational middleware. Every lending platform, DEX, marketplace, and DAO on Qubic will need reputation scoring. By standardizing reputation at the protocol layer, TrustLayer enables shared, portable trust across the entire ecosystem. QUBIC INTEGRATION: This POC validates the scoring logic and demo experience. Qubic’s computational model enables complex on-chain scoring that would be prohibitively expensive on gas-based chains. Smart contract deployment of Q-Rep to the Qubic testnet is planned immediately post-hackathon. WHY NOSTROMO: We have validated the concept with a functional POC demonstrating clear ecosystem need. We are ready for Qubic testnet deployment and seek Nostromo’s support for ecosystem alignment, protocol partnerships, and launch guidance to make this core infrastructure production-ready.

    Smart Turjman Agentic Orchestrator

    Smart Turjman Agentic Orchestrator

Smart Turjman Agentic Orchestrator is an enterprise-grade, multi-agent AI system built to bridge a core operational gap in the Gulf: the mismatch between high-context, multicultural communication & the rigid requirements of legal, immigration, and government workflows. Powered by IBM watsonx Orchestrate, watsonx Assistant, and enterprise semantic indexing, it converts ambiguous, unstructured human input into precise, compliant, machine-actionable commands. At its core is a proprietary Four-Layer Intelligence Architecture engineered to decode intent before execution: 1. Identity Inference Engine – Classifies the stakeholder (VIP partner, SME owner, distressed worker, government official) & adapts routing, escalation, & authority levels. 2. Semantic Normalization Engine – Transforms Regional Business Semantics—dialect variation, indirect phrasing, and multicultural linguistic patterns—into normalized operational instructions that remove ambiguity. 3. Operational Context Selector – Chooses the execution mode: Transaction Processing, Advisory Guidance, Critical Incident Handling, or Diplomatic Protocol, ensuring actions match urgency and risk. 4. Cultural Response Generator – Produces communication aligned with enterprise tone, legal safety, and cultural expectations across diverse user groups. Smart Turjman integrates with Smart Translator Pro, a hybrid AI-human legal translation pipeline featuring clause extraction, risk scoring, meaning-preservation checks, & compliance mapping. High-risk documents escalate to licensed translators or legal partners through a human-in-the-loop workflow. All outputs feed a learning cycle that updates semantic memory, glossary entries, and compliance rules. By harmonizing agentic automation with cultural and regulatory intelligence, Smart Turjman delivers a scalable, regulator-aligned AI infrastructure that reduces processing time, prevents compliance errors, & restores clarity across the UAE’s multilingual enterprise ecosystem.

SMART TURJMAN AI Service Router for Expats

SMART TURJMAN AI Service Router for Expats

Smart Turjman is the UAE’s first AI Service Router designed to help expatriates navigate complex legal, visa, translation, and job-related challenges with accuracy, speed, and trust. Built with Gemini 2.5 Pro, Qdrant Cloud, and a multilingual UI, the system provides a fully functional end-to-end agentic workflow: classify → route → retrieve → explain. The application analyzes a user’s situation, classifies it into one of four core categories, and performs a vector search in Qdrant to find the most relevant verified expert or service provider. When no perfect match exists, Smart Turjman activates a fallback routing layer that provides nearest alternatives, transparent “Suggested Result” labeling, and safe general-assistance guidance to avoid misinformation or dead-ends—an essential feature for real-world safety. Smart Turjman supports English and Arabic, dynamically shifting UI layout and AI output based on user preference. The interface has been upgraded with a premium, UAE-inspired design system featuring clean typography, futuristic icons, gradient components, and a polished experience suitable for government-level digital services. This project demonstrates how AI can enhance public-facing support systems, reduce confusion for vulnerable workers, and create a scalable foundation for future integrations with embassies, law firms, and government services. All code is original, built during the hackathon, publicly available, and directly runnable through Google AI Studio.
