AIIA AI Interview Assistant
This submission is an AI agent that can conduct realistic and immersive job interviews. This agent allows the user to repeatedly practice the interview and to get used to the sorts of questions that would be asked for that specific type of job. The agent will provide feedback on the answers and the overall performance of the interview once the interview is complete. It is designed using a basic chat interface for the hackathon but the team plans to add a text to speech interface for two way oral interviews and a virtual reality mode for deeper immersion. Interviewing skills are not often underdeveloped by the general population, and this project aims to allow users to greatly refine those skills.
