This system leverages predefined SQL functions to query and analyze synthetic retail data, ensuring accuracy and minimizing the risk of AI hallucinations. the chatbot operates through a user-friendly Streamlit interface, which not only facilitates seamless interactions but also maintains a record of previous conversations for improved customer support. This combination of advanced AI and robust tool integration offers an effective solution for managing and responding to retail inquiries.
