Warden is a multi-agent system that protects Nigerian public funds from fraud and mismanagement. Public grant programs lose enormous value to fake beneficiaries, duplicate claims, and opaque approvals, eroding citizen trust. Warden deploys four specialized AI agents that collaborate on every grant decision. A fraud-detection agent flags anomalous patterns and suspicious claims; an eligibility agent validates applicants against official records and program criteria; a policy agent enforces spending rules and budget limits; and an audit agent records each decision in a tamper-evident trail. The agents draw on public registries, transaction data, and program guidelines, cross-checking sources to reduce false positives. Every outcome is explainable and traceable, so officials and the public can verify why funds were released or held. By combining automated rigor with transparent accountability, Warden aims to cut leakage, speed up legitimate disbursements, and rebuild confidence in how public money is spent.
