Microscopy is central to biology and neuroscience research; however, manually analyzing thousands of cell images is time-consuming, inconsistent, and prone to human error. Our project, Bio AI: Smart Microscopy Assistant, addresses this challenge by leveraging state-of-the-art deep learning models such as Cellpose and StarDist to automatically segment, count, and analyze cells, nuclei, or organelles from uploaded images. The platform provides robust features, including morphology metrics (size, shape, intensity, eccentricity), batch processing for large datasets, and export options to CSV or Excel for downstream analysis. Deployed via Hugging Face Spaces with a simple Gradio/Streamlit interface, Bio AI ensures accessibility for researchers without programming expertise. By reducing hours of manual work to minutes, the assistant improves reproducibility, scalability, and accessibility of microscopy analysis. Future extensions include disease detection, cancer diagnostics, and drug testing automation, making this tool a high-impact solution for labs, hospitals, and universities.

GeneGazer is your bioinformatics copilot for single-cell data — an interactive web application built with Streamlit, Scanpy, and Google Gemini AI to simplify and accelerate single-cell RNA-seq analysis. It supports common data formats (.h5ad, .csv, .mtx) and automates essential preprocessing steps including normalization, dimensionality reduction (PCA, UMAP), and clustering. Users can explore UMAP-based cluster visualizations, inspect gene expression heatmaps, and discover top marker genes for each cluster. What makes GeneGazer unique is its integrated Gemini-powered AI assistant, which provides real-time, context-aware bioinformatics support tailored to the loaded dataset. Whether you’re analyzing immune cells, tumors, or brain tissue, GeneGazer bridges the gap between computational analysis and biological insight — making high-throughput data exploration accessible to everyone.

GPT Dogy's walk generator addresses the challenge many dog owners face: the monotony of daily walks leading to boredom and a lack of creativity. By tailoring routes to a dog's age and energy level, and planning for enhancements like heat, pollution peaks, traffic, and specific regulations, Dogy ensures each walk is safe and unique. Recognizing that dogs often drag on the leash due to repetitive routes, Dogy integrates training exercises to stimulate and entertain, making walks more engaging for both the dog and owner. A more stimulated dog means less leash dragging. This innovative approach keeps walks interesting, promotes better leash behavior, and looks forward to incorporating environmental and urban considerations for optimal safety and enjoyment.
