The Crisis Command Center is a real-time, interactive multi-agent workspace designed for simulating and managing high-stakes enterprise crises. Built for the Band of Agents Hackathon, it leverages the Band SDK to orchestrate seamless collaboration and debate among autonomous AI agents representing key corporate leadership roles—specifically the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The platform supports ten realistic threat scenarios, including database breaches, ransomware attacks, compliance failures, and cloud outages. When a crisis triggers, the backend coordinates simulated timelines across sequential phases: detection, investigation, regulatory assessment, and active C-suite alignment. During the debate phase, the system instantiates real Band SDK agents using LangChain and Google Gemini (with rule-based heuristics fallback) to dynamically exchange strategic arguments, analyze risks, and propose resolutions based on their respective roles. These dialogues, alongside real-time metrics like affected users, revenue at risk, and regional degradation, are streamed live via WebSockets to a premium, glassmorphic Next.js dashboard. Ultimately, the Crisis Command Center empowers human operators to oversee agent interactions and make critical mitigation decisions in a simulated war room environment.
