Adaptive CAB Coordinator is an end-to-end change governance platform designed to modernize how engineering teams run Change Advisory Board workflows. Instead of relying on manual checklists and fragmented communication, it combines a Next.js web interface with a Python-based multi-agent backend to evaluate change requests in a structured, explainable way. Specialized agents collaborate to assess risk, policy compliance, blast radius, recovery readiness, and operational reliability, then produce a consolidated recommendation with rationale and confidence signals. The system also tracks review state, timelines, room/status updates, and metrics through API routes and testable collaboration logic. In practice, this helps teams make faster, safer release decisions by standardizing review quality, surfacing potential failure modes earlier, and providing auditable decision trails for both engineering and operations stakeholders.
