Kehinde-David Damilare, popularly known as Big Quiv, is a Nigerian AI builder, Web3 creator, and digital strategist focused on using technology to solve real problems. He is the founder of projects such as PharmaOS, ContentBrain, Quivira Signal Bot, CoachIQ, WatermarkGuard, and AI powered content systems. His work cuts across artificial intelligence, blockchain development, content automation, creator intelligence, pharmacy technology, trading tools, and lead generation systems. Big Quiv is also the founder of Ophir Institute, a blockchain and digital education initiative built to help young people learn practical tech skills. MedBand
MedBand is a human-in-the-loop healthcare workflow MVP built by The Billionaire Republic for the Band of Agents Hackathon. The problem is simple: healthcare service requests often move slowly because intake, verification, resource availability, and final approval happen across disconnected people and tools. MedBand solves this by using Band AI agents to coordinate the workflow in a visible, auditable Band room. Our working MVP proves one complete Pharmacy workflow. A patient submits a request through the web form. The Coordinator opens the case, Intake structures the patient request, Verification checks whether the request can proceed, Resource confirms availability at the selected institution, and Approval Desk prepares the case for human review. The final decision is not made by AI. A human reviewer manually approves or rejects the case. Verified proof case: MEDBAND-WEB-989E388C moved from web submission to CASE APPROVED at Peaceway Pharmacy. The request, BODY PAINS and PARACETAMOL, was preserved through the workflow. No AI approved this case. Final approval was made by the human reviewer. MedBand’s tagline is: Getting people to the right care, faster.
