SupplyShock AI is a supplier disruption recovery command center built for businesses that face sudden vendor failures. When a supplier delays or fails an order, the system activates a chain of specialist agents that work together through a live Band room. Each agent handles one part of the recovery workflow: understanding the incident, checking contract or promise evidence, reviewing supplier history, calculating financial exposure, finding backup suppliers, comparing recovery strategies, drafting negotiation messages, and producing a final human-approved recovery decision. Unlike a normal dashboard, SupplyShock focuses on what should happen in the next 24 hours after a supplier problem occurs. The app visualizes the agent workflow in a war-room interface, while the live Band room proves that agents are passing structured handoff messages to each other. The final output gives a clear recovery plan, such as splitting the order, applying penalties, contacting backup suppliers, and escalating to procurement.
