In today’s interconnected world, maintaining secure WiFi networks is critical to prevent cyberattacks and data breaches. WiFi Guardian addresses this challenge by leveraging advanced machine learning, specifically using IsolationForest for anomaly detection. The platform enables users to upload network logs in various formats (CSV, TXT, PDF), automatically processes the data, and extracts key metrics such as traffic, latency, and packet loss. Interactive visualizations powered by Plotly, along with a user-friendly interface built on Streamlit, allow network administrators, IT security professionals, and small business owners to monitor network health in real-time. Unique features include dynamic 2D/3D data charts, comprehensive statistical analysis, motivational UI elements, and automated PDF report generation via ReportLab. This comprehensive approach provides actionable insights for proactive cybersecurity management.
