Instead of treating each email as a simple message, Real Deal analyzes the full conversation thread and turns it into a clear business decision. The system connects through Google OAuth with Gmail read and send permissions. A FastAPI backend runs CrewAI agent workflows powered only by Gemini models: Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite for lightweight filtering, Gemini 2.5 Flash for classification and extraction, and Gemini 2.5 Pro for negotiation strategy and final send-ready draft writing. Real Deal extracts the brand, budget, deliverables, timeline, usage rights, exclusivity, payment terms, and risk signals. It classifies each opportunity as high fit, needs info, low value, potential scam, or auto-reject. It also writes approval-first draft replies, so creators can review, edit, and send from Gmail without losing control. The product includes a dashboard, real Gmail inbox view, live agent analysis logs, draft review, mobile swipe approval, deal tracking, profile memory, and Supabase persistence for assessments, drafts, agent events, and learned creator preferences. Over time, Real Deal learns useful pricing and negotiation patterns from completed sponsorship conversations.
