Patient Memory - AI Health Companion
Patient Memory is an AI-driven health companion designed to help healthcare providers access patient history efficiently. Using Qdrant’s vector database and semantic search, the system stores patient notes and retrieves relevant information based on natural language queries. Providers can ask questions about allergies, past visits, symptoms, or treatments, and the AI returns context-aware summaries with suggested follow-ups. This solution ensures that important patient data is never overlooked and reduces time spent manually searching through medical records. The project is deployed on Hugging Face Spaces for easy access, making it a practical tool for telemedicine or clinic workflows.
