The main aim of our project is to help the user of management systems like monday.com to identify issues in his working processes and provide suggestions how to fix it. To do this, we have created our own api server that collects data about the tasks and working hours of each employee from Monday.com boards. Then the server analyses the collected data, finds possible errors and anomalies. The list of possible issues can be extended in the future. Then we send the results of the analysis to the GP chat and ask him to describe the problem in natural language, draw conclusions and provide possible solutions to the problem. So user can see problems in his workflow described in his language.
