Our project aims at using Google Cloud Vertex AI PaLM2 to enable a viewer to chat with a video and gain rapid insights about the content shared in the video by asking it questions in form of prompts.It also gives a brief summary about the contents of the video for the user to have a reference for prompting without having to watch a video.The utility helps the user to save a lot of time required to gain information from watching an educational video by directly answering any questions that the user might have.Not just that but it is also helpful if a user wants to go over things covered in a video or forgot something they wan't to recollect in the video by just asking a question.
