The Granite - HR Performance Booster is an innovative, AI-powered web application designed to enhance human resource management by leveraging advanced analytics and natural language processing. Built with Streamlit and powered by IBM's Granite models, this tool enables HR managers to upload employee data (e.g., satisfaction scores, performance ratings, feedback) via CSV files and generate actionable insights. The application offers two core functionalities: individual employee reports and department-level summaries. Individual reports detect social bias in feedback using Granite Guardian, provide concise summaries in bullet points, and visualize employee satisfaction and performance metrics against departmental averages. Department reports aggregate data to highlight team trends and recommend specific managerial actions, supported by visualizations like satisfaction distribution and performance correlations. Hosted in a multipage structure, the app ensures efficient navigation and scalability, making it a valuable asset for data-driven HR decision-making.
