SwiftSort AI is an autonomous warehouse intelligence system designed to coordinate robotic logistics operations through a centralized AI backend deployed on Vultr. Modern warehouses are increasingly complex environments involving robotic arms, AGVs, conveyors, quality control stations, and human operators. However, most systems still rely on static rule-based logic and lack a real-time decision layer capable of adapting dynamically to disruptions. SwiftSort AI introduces a centralized AI “brain” that connects to a simulated warehouse environment built in FlexSim. The system continuously analyzes operational parameters such as queue congestion, operator availability, quality control rates, and throughput metrics. Based on this data, the AI autonomously determines optimal routing decisions (e.g., direct sorting vs. quality inspection), allocates robotic resources, and adjusts workflow priorities in real time.SwiftSort AI focuses on three key capabilities: autonomous decision-making, simulation-driven validation before real deployment, and real-time supervision. The system demonstrates how AI can act as a coordination layer for robotic environments, improving efficiency, reducing routing errors, and enabling scalable intelligent logistics operations. This project represents a simulation-first approach to robotic orchestration, designed to evolve toward real-world deployment in industrial warehouse systems.
