Built on advanced reasoning models and enhanced with curated regulatory knowledge, TCW centralizes processes that typically require multiple systems, specialized staff, and extensive manual research. The agent interprets product descriptions, invoices, packing lists, and technical data to extract key attributes such as materials, intended use, performance features, and whether an item is a component, accessory, or standalone product. Using this information, TCW assigns accurate HTS classifications based on uploaded HTS chapters, explanatory notes, and pattern-based classification logic. It calculates duty and tariff obligations by combining base ad valorem rates with additional measures such as Section 301 China duties, producing a fully structured and auditable tariff summary. TCW integrates directly with the OFAC API to perform real-time sanctions screening. It analyzes names, aliases, addresses, dates of birth, and program codes, and merges these results with contextual knowledge about high-risk geographies and industries. The system assigns match levels (No Match, Possible Match, Likely Match) and provides clear escalation recommendations to prevent compliance failures.
