Cosmos GRC Co-Pilot is an enterprise-ready, web-hosted agent that transforms how organizations monitor and act on on-chain governance across 50 + Cosmos-SDK networks. Deployed on a lightweight Vultr VPS, the application runs four uAgents—Watcher, Analysis, Mail, and Subscription—to automate the entire governance workflow. Watcher polls multiple chains; Analysis uses a Groq-hosted Llama 3-70B model (with local Llama fallback) to evaluate proposals against custom policy templates, producing risk scores and recommended votes. The web dashboard lets compliance, treasury, or marketing teams review live proposals, approve or override AI advice, and export JSON/CSV audit trails in one click. Preference-learning feedback loops refine future recommendations, while role-based access, JWT auth, and full vote history ensure enterprise-grade security and transparency. Hybrid cloud architecture keeps costs low—compute and PostgreSQL run on Vultr, while email can stay on AWS SES or any SMTP. A built-in compliance script validates Groq + Llama usage, tech tags, and team naming before submission. With real-time insights, automated reasoning, and extensible multi-chain support, Cosmos GRC Co-Pilot exemplifies the “Agentic Workflows for the Future of Work” theme by saving knowledge workers hours of manual tracking and elevating decision quality in decentralized governance.
