I’m Zaheer Abass, a full-stack and AI engineer from India with a strong passion for building intelligent and scalable systems. My work spans document intelligence, conversational AI, and healthcare automation, including projects that transform invoices with OCR + GPT, enable natural language querying with LangChain, and power real-time AI voice assistants using VAPI. Healthcare providers face complex challenges processing diverse patient intake forms—ranging from scanned documents to digital forms and verbal reports—making it difficult to quickly and accurately triage patient urgency. This Opus workflow automates end-to-end patient intake and triage by importing multi-format patient data (PDFs, CSV, audio transcripts), using AI to extract and categorize symptoms, applying deterministic rules combined with AI reasoning to prioritize cases by urgency, and incorporating multi-layer review for quality and safety (AI agentic review + human clinician review for complex cases). Finally, the workflow exports triage decisions and audit trails with timestamps, decision rationales, and input provenance to a hospital management dashboard or secure email. This reusable model can be lightly configured for healthcare settings worldwide, improving productivity, reducing errors, enabling scalable human oversight, and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
