ProcureMind AI – Enterprise Procurement Agent ProcureMind AI is an intelligent procurement assistant designed to automate one of the most time-consuming workflows in the construction and infrastructure industry: preparing accurate project cost estimates from Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Users can upload BOQs in PDF or Excel format, and the system automatically extracts materials, normalizes inconsistent descriptions, estimates pricing using historical procurement data and AI reasoning, and generates detailed cost reports. Unlike traditional estimation tools, ProcureMind AI acts as an AI procurement engineer. Users can interact with the system using natural language to understand pricing decisions, identify expensive materials, discover cost optimization opportunities, compare suppliers, and generate professional commercial quotations. The application combines document understanding, AI-powered reasoning, pricing intelligence, and procurement automation into a single workflow. It helps procurement teams reduce manual effort, improve pricing consistency, accelerate quotation generation, and make more informed purchasing decisions. The solution is built using Python, FastAPI, AMD Native AI models, Fireworks AI, SQLite, Docker, and a modular agent-based architecture.
