I am a professional transitioning to the Information Technology field, currently studying Systems Analysis and Development. I am constantly evolving technically, focusing on Technical Support, Help Desk, and initial development. My professional trajectory has been built in environments that demand a high level of responsibility, discipline, adherence to procedures, and performance under pressure, as well as direct interaction with the public. This experience has strengthened skills such as organization, clear communication, teamwork, and decision-making. In the IT area, I have knowledge in user support, computer maintenance, hardware and software, basic networking, and Front-End basics.
