PACT: The Offer Terminal is an AI-assisted compensation decision platform for recruiters and HR teams. It uses historical offer data to predict candidate acceptance probability, calculate P20/P50/P80 successful-offer benchmarks, and recommend CTC offers with transparent guardrails. The platform combines a tabular ML acceptance model, an internal benchmark engine, and agentic AI workflows. Recruiters can simulate offers, compare compensation ranges, inspect similar successful profiles, run negotiation scenarios, identify at-risk offers, and ask natural-language questions through an AI Desk Copilot. PACT uses AMD Radeon-backed LLM inference to power conversational explanations, offer letter generation, and recruiter assistance, while the core salary recommendation remains grounded in deterministic ML and historical benchmark logic. This makes offer decisions faster, more explainable, and more reliable for real hiring workflows.
