CodeSage is an AI-powered legacy codebase intelligence platform built entirely using IBM Bob for the IBM Bob Hackathon. It solves a critical problem — developers waste 50-70% of their time understanding undocumented codebases. Simply paste any public GitHub URL and CodeSage generates a full intelligence report including: - Project Overview — real GitHub API data showing languages, files, contributors, stars and forks - Security Guardian Audit — language-specific vulnerability detection. Python repos show Pickle deserialization and SQL injection issues. TypeScript repos show XSS, JWT exposure and prototype pollution. Each flag includes severity level, file location, impact analysis and remediation steps. - Architectural Dependency Map — interactive network graph showing module connections color coded by complexity. - Technical Catalog — every file explained in plain English with complexity ratings. - Day 1 Onboarding Guide — structured roadmap for new developers joining the project. - Comparison Mode — analyze two repos side by side with a Sage Verdict declaring the winner based on real metrics. - PDF Export — downloadable intelligence report. IBM Bob planned the entire architecture, built all components, integrated the GitHub API, implemented language-specific security analysis, and fixed all errors. Every line of code was written by IBM Bob. Full session exports are in the bob_sessions folder in the GitHub repository. Tech Stack: Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, GitHub API, Vercel
