This project presents an AI-powered Partner Churn Prediction and Early Warning System designed to proactively identify partners at risk of disengagement before churn becomes irreversible. The system analyzes multiple signals such as partner activity trends, revenue performance, engagement behavior, support interactions, and historical patterns to calculate a churn probability score for each partner. Rather than reacting after performance drops, relationship managers receive early, explainable insights into why a partner is at risk. The solution combines predictive modeling with an interactive dashboard that prioritizes high-risk, high-value partners, helping managers focus their attention where it matters most. Risk drivers are clearly surfaced, allowing users to distinguish between temporary performance dips and genuine disengagement. The system also supports cohort-level analysis to detect systemic issues across regions or partner segments. To enhance actionability, the platform integrates generative AI to recommend tailored interventions such as personalized outreach emails, call scripts, or incentive offers based on each partner’s risk profile. Real-time alerts, intuitive visualizations, and explainable predictions ensure managers can intervene at the right time with the right strategy. Overall, the solution transforms partner management from reactive monitoring into proactive, data-driven relationship retention.
