5+ years of experience
I am the founder of Entryplan, a youth-led and climate-forward organization that is focused on leveraging technological education to drive youth participation in promoting environmental sustainability. And what that means is that we enable young people to acquire basic technical and environmental sustainability skills, giving them the opportunity to participate in both the digital economy and the improvement of our collective environmental impact, thereby reducing the effect of climate change. The impact of our work further enhances their eligibility for equitable international opportunities such as decent jobs, paid internships, volunteering engagements, grants and scholarships that we currently share publicly through initiatives like Grants And More. In the past 5 years, I have coached over 5,000 young people on how to transition into tech using sustainability practices. I have also trained over 500 small business owners across Africa on how to adopt sustainable growth strategy frameworks to transition into the circular economy, increase sales in business, and pitch to impact funding organizations. I have served as a facilitator, mentor, speaker, delegate, and volunteer for reputable global organizations such as African Union Commission, Tony Elumelu Foundation, TEDx Maitama, UNIDO ITPO Bahrain, ALX Fellowship Nigeria, Shecluded in partnership with GIZ, World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community Uyo, UNDP Nigeria, and the Energy Working Group of YOUNGO. I currently serve as the Special Advisor representing 6 countries across West Africa at the Commonwealth Youth Council, London. These impactful engagements have led to multiple global recognitions and awards that I have received from the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, Tony Elumelu Foundation, GIZ/Digital Transformation Center Nigeria, Afrilabs in partnership with Intel AI, YALI Nigeria in partnership with HP, Afrilabs in partnership with Meta and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
