Arc Invoice solves a fundamental problem in crypto payments: trust. Freelancers and businesses face the same dilemma — pay upfront and hope work gets done, or complete work and hope payment arrives. Traditional escrow is slow, expensive, and centralized. Even with escrow, disputes fail because there were no clear terms agreed upfront. Arc Invoice brings smart contract escrow with pre-agreed terms to everyday payments on Arc (Circle L1). How it works: Creators sign in with their Ethereum wallet using SIWE, no passwords needed. They create invoices with a title, amount, and payment type. For escrow payments, creators define deliverables and acceptance criteria using templates (Web Development, Design, Consulting) or custom terms. Each invoice generates a shareable payment link. Payers see the full terms before funding and must sign to agree. This dual-signature approach ensures both parties agree on scope before money moves. Funds lock in a dedicated smart contract. The payer releases funds when satisfied. If issues arise, disputes are tied to specific deliverables — no vague disagreements. Auto-release ensures funds aren't locked forever. Key features: Terms-based escrow with deliverables & acceptance criteria Template system for quick setup Dual signature before funding Deliverable-specific disputes Auto-release deadlines Direct payments option Full dashboard & invoice management Built with: Next.js 16, React 19, wagmi v2, Solidity 0.8.28, Supabase, shadcn/ui. Live on Arc Testnet. For freelancers, agencies, and DAOs who need trustless payments with clear expectations. Define terms. Lock funds. Get paid with confidence.
